Note: You can type in a search string exactly representing the record you want or just type in a few letters/numbers. The latter will give you all the records prefixed with what you typed in. Example: '1n3e25b' will bring up all records prefixed with '1N3E25B'. To search by R Number, you don't need to include the "R", you just need to type the numbers such as "943220070" or "94322"(this will bring a list of records prefixed with "94322"). The same method applies to the Property ID field. It doesn’t matter if you enter the text in lowercase or in uppercase. If you select Address Number to search an address, just type the number (do not type the street name) to bring up that address or a list of addresses starting with the number you typed in. The CatFish database includes all property records inside the city limits. To find out what each field name means in Multnomah County's Assessor and Taxation System (MCATS), refer to the  Property Data Dictionary.
